I don’t know exact numbers, but the noon run of the drier model just came in a bit wetter (snowier). It paints a solid 1-4 inches across the area, with maximum totals of 6 inches possible somewhere about 20 miles north or south of a Deridder/Woodworth/Natchez line. I’ll have a full update this evening when all the new numbers come in. I will say this. If you own or work at a nursery, now is time to have your plan in place. It’s better to be overprepared than the other way around.

Is it going to snow in Lafayette? We have soccer Friday night? Just add to comments!

    • It looks close down there. I think there will be more of a rain/snow mix in the evening, but there is a good shot of Lafayette getting a few hours of moderate snow late in the evening. That could last through early morning. I’d say Lafayette is probably only looking at an inch or so, but that’s purely due to the fact that they will be a bit warmer.
