Borecast

September 26, 2009

This is the kind of forecast that almost bores me to write. There aren’t any huge systems on the way, no cool downs to help usher fall into the area, and no hurricanes to watch. That last part of the statement has me just fine with being bored. Here’s your weekend borecast.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy and mild. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s with northerly wind around 5-10 mph. There is a 40% chance for showers today.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy and a bit cooler. Lows will be in the middle to upper 60s.

Sunday: Partly sunny with highs in the upper 80s to near 90.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy and pleasant. Lows will be in the middle to upper 60s.

Monday: Partly sunny and fairly toasty. Highs will be near 90.

Tuesday through Friday: Again, it looks like things will stay mainly quiet for the duration. There could be some storms rolling this way by Friday, and I will pop a 30% chance for storms into the forecast for Friday. Highs will range from 83-87, and lows will be from 62-67. We can thank our small cool down to a Monday night cold front that will at least take the edge of the humidity we’ve been dealing with.

Here’s to us getting a little sunshine! It should be here tomorrow!
