Light At The End Of The Tunnel

September 14, 2009

It looks like we’ll finally start to see some sun peeking out over the next few days. It will be a slow process with a few peeks today and tomorrow, and then more improvement as we head through the rest of the week. Heck, we may even dry out by Friday!

Monday: Mostly cloudy with an 80% chance for rain and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s with southeasterly wind around 5-15 mph.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 40% chance for thunderstorms. Lows will be in the lower 70s.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a 60% chance for thunderstorms. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 40% chance for thunderstorms. Lows will be near 70.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a 50% chance for thunderstorms. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

Thursday through Sunday: I’ll keep rain chances at 50% for Thursday, but scale them back to 20% from Friday through Sunday. Less humid air will roll back in, which means highs will top out around 87-90, and lows will be a much more pleasant 64-67.
